✿ Q: What is a Pre-Order?

A: A product labeled with 'Pre-Order' refers to how the product has not been made yet and by purchasing you help fund the product.

‣  Please note that preorder items may take up to 1-3+ months to be produced and then shipped out to you. There could be delays in productions. Do not preorder if you're not willing to wait.

‣ There can be small changes in the final design of the product such assize, color, or form. Any updates on the design will be sent through email or social media.  Product may look different in concept drawings to real life.

✿ Q: When will my Pre-Order ship?

A: All pre-orders items may take up to 1-3+ months to be produced and then shipped out to you. There could be delays in productions. Do not preorder if you're not willing to wait.

✿ Q: What are the benefits to Pre-Ordering?

A: You can get discounted prices compared to In-stocks! Exclusive freebies for pre-orders are only included if stated beforehand. Usually, once the remaining stock get added to the store, the price will increase.

✿ Q: Where can I find updates on the Pre-Order?

A: All updates on Pre-Orders can be found through social media and our carrd. The table displays the production status of all the items that are on pre-order, check there for small updates. Social Media may have more frequent updates including previews and photos of items.

✿ Q: I accidentally purchase a Pre-Order and In-Stock items! Can I separate them to get my items quicker?

A: Yes, there is a listing on my shop for additional shipping. Please leave the order number you want to separate. However, in the future, please make a separate purchase if you order any in-stock items with your preorder. Your entire order will not ship until the preorder is completed. It can get confusing and take longer to separate orders, but we are happy to accommodate you!

A: California, USA!

✿ Q: What is a processing time?

A: A processing time is the amount of time it takes to package your order, it does not include shipping time. Our processing time is 1-2 weeks!

✿ Q: Does the shipping come with tracking?

A: All orders, excluding sticker-only orders, includes tracked shipping! Please upgrade your shipping option for stickers-only to prevent lost mail. The tracking number will be emailed to you as soon as your order has been shipped out.

✿ Q: My package has shipped but the tracking has not updated, what do I do?

A: Tracking numbers take a few days to update after the initial email! Please be patient for your tracking number to update. If you have any further issues, please email us!

‣ We are not responsible for any missing packages. Once any order receives a tracking number and is shipped, your order is out our of hands. Please visit the USPS website and file for a missing package. We are happy to assist you if you need further help, please send us an email!

‣ International tracking is based on your country's post office. Once it leaves the USA, we no longer have access to it or have any knowledge of where it might be in transit. 

✿ Q: I am an international buyer, will I be charged for customs?

A: We are not held accountable for international customs if there are any. 

✿ Q: Do you combine shipping?

A: Yes, we accept combined shipping! Leave a note at checkout with both order numbers and send us an email. It'll take a few days until you receive your refund for extra shipping. If you need any help, please email us for further information or support.

‣ Please note, we cannot combine orders that have been shipped/label created.

✿ Q: Where can you ship to?

A: We ship worldwide! However, please look at the link below for places we cannot ship to at the moment. EU & UK Customers may have to pay for VAT duties/fees or customs upon delivery. Your order may be cancelled without warning if we cannot ship to your location.

Shop Policies

 We do not accept any returns or exchanges. After an item has been shipped, we will not be able to distribute a refund. If you have any questions or need support, please contact our email. 

✿ All customers are responsible for correctly inputting their information such as addresses and contacts. We are not responsible for any packages sent with incorrect information. Double check your name, address, email, and order number. Please contact us immediately if you have any issues!

✿ Customers may have to pay for VAT, duties/fees, or customs upon delivery. We are not responsible for any customs/fees upon delivery.
